BB4BB can not be held responsible for any injuries sustained whilst using our products. Whilst all care is taken with the manufacturing of these products by using both stitching and glue, babies are still babies and chew everything, so strict parental supervision is advised at all times. It is advised that you do not leave your baby alone with her headband on. It is advised that you do not leave your headband on your baby whilst she sleeps.
Returns Policy
Every headband bow you find at BB4BB is handmade. Because I hand make each and every one I am 100 percent sure of my merchandise that goes out
If you should receive an item that is defective upon receipt of the goods, I will replace it for you just e-mail me at returns@bb4bb.com.au within 48hrs of your receipt.
Refunds will not be given for worn, damaged, or custom ordered merchandise. Postage and Handling are not refundable

Orders
All orders will be mailed out as soon as cheques/money orders are cleared and banked. This applies to all lines in stock. If orders are custom made you will be advised of an estimated time of delivery.
Postage and Handling
Postage is via Australia Post in an Australia Post Tough Bag (padded bags or box,registered and express post are extra options).
$3.50 per single bow.
Postage on weight after that
Applicable to Postage in Australia
only. International customers please email for exact postage.
Please note that once your packages have been given to Australia Post, they are no longer the responsibility of BB4BB. Registered post options are available for just $2.50 per $100 coverage
